Who we are

ENUM Software d.o.o., Branitelja Dubrovnika 15, 20000 Dubrovnik, Croatia, is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at info@enum.hr.

What we collect and why

When you send the contact form we receive your name, e-mail address, and, if you give them, your company, phone number, project type, budget range and message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and to prepare a proposal you asked for.

The legal basis is your consent and the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers your choice of light or dark theme in your own browser only.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we are in contact about your project, and at most two years after our last exchange, unless the enquiry leads to a contract, in which case the contract rules apply.

Who processes it

The website runs on Microsoft Azure in the European Union. Messages are delivered to our mailbox by our e-mail provider. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@enum.hr. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).
